Partage

The team that created Partage all worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in France before moving to Las Vegas with a dream of opening a restaurant together. The fact that they arrived as our local Chinatown was on the cusp of multi-cultural revolution allowed them to create one of the city’s most unlikely “hidden gems.” Situated in a massive shopping center that also houses a Japanese izakaya, a Mexican restaurant, multiple Chinese restaurants, German doner kabob, a Cajun crawfish joint and a nationally acclaimed tiki bar, Partage offers some of the most sophisticated French dining in Las Vegas.

“This is an off-Strip restaurant that truly deserves to be mentioned in the same conversations as Joel Robuchon and Guy Savoy, offering a comparable level of cuisine at a fraction of the price,” says longtime Las Vegas food writer Al Mancini.

With five course tasting menus offered for $115, seven courses for $145 and nine courses for $190, he isn’t exaggerating about that pricing.
